How to Track Your Order

Locate the shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout.

Copy the tracking number included in the email.

Click on the carrier's tracking link (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) or visit the carrier's official website.

Paste your tracking number to view the latest status of your shipment.

What to Do If Your Tracking Number Does Not Work

Wait up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation. Tracking information may take time to appear in the carrier's system.

Double-check that you entered the tracking number correctly.

Contact the carrier directly if the tracking number shows no activity for more than five business days.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time or the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us at dxsmarketmall@outlook.com. Include your order number and full name so we can assist you promptly.

Orders Without Tracking

Some small or lightweight items may ship via standard mail without detailed tracking. In such cases, we will notify you in the shipping confirmation email.
