Shipping & Handling
At DXS Market, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping and handling policies below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: Not currently available

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination. Rates will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain amount, as advertised on our website.

Shipping rates are subject to change without notice, but any changes will be reflected at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

We do not currently offer international shipping to other countries.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors or others at your address

Look around your property for a safe drop location

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery window or the tracking has not been updated for more than 7 business days, please contact us at dxsmarketmall@outlook.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you realize you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at dxsmarketmall@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address for you. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes, and you will need to contact the carrier directly.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

9. Customs and Duties

All orders are shipped from within the United States. For domestic shipments, there are no customs fees or import duties.
