At DXS Market, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care items (including portable fans that have been used)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at dxsmarketmall@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions. Do not send any items back before receiving approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective product or our error (wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other personal reasons, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, or are returned after the 30-day window.

  • Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your expense, or you may arrange to have them discarded.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time, please:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as refund processing times vary

  • Contact us at dxsmarketmall@outlook.com for assistance

9. Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you must follow the standard return procedure after receiving the item.
